What’s included in monthly service?
The monthly rate covers weekly servicing on a set schedule — cleaning, restocking, and waste removal — for the full month. Delivery is a separate one-time fee at the start of the rental. After the unit is on site, the route runs through your job without you having to call us each week.
How often are units serviced?
Once per week is the standard schedule, included in the monthly rate listed in the pricing grid above. Need more frequent service? For high-traffic sites — large crews, busy events, or anything running heavy — we can step up to multiple visits per week at an additional rate. Call us to spec the schedule and confirm the upcharge for your zone.
Do you serve residential or just commercial sites?
Both. We service single-unit residential framing jobs the same way we service ten-unit commercial construction setups. Outdoor weddings, festivals, special events, and one-off projects all welcome — same equipment, same service.
What’s the contractor rate?
Contractor pricing is a discounted monthly rate for active contractor accounts — available across all six service zones. If you’re running ongoing projects with multiple units or recurring service, ask about contractor rates when you call. We’ll verify eligibility on the phone.
How do I know which zone I’m in?
The pricing grid above lists every city in each zone. If your address sits between two cities or you’re not sure which zone applies, give us a quick call at (386) 208-8677 — we’ll match it in under a minute.
What if my address isn’t on the zone list?
Call us anyway. Our sister brand DisposAll covers a wider radius and may serve your area. If neither of us can reach you directly, we’ll point you to a hauler who can — we’d rather refer you out than waste your time.
