Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of envirowastefl.com and any rental, hauling, or service you book through Envirowaste LLC (“Envirowaste,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By booking a service, calling our office, or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
Agreement To Terms
These Terms apply to anyone who rents a dumpster, books a service, or uses our website. If you don’t agree with any part of these Terms, please don’t use our services or our site.
If you’re booking on behalf of a business, contractor, property owner, or any other entity, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
What We Offer
Envirowaste provides waste hauling and dumpster rental services across North Florida and South Georgia, operating from our yard in Live Oak, FL. Specifically:
- Roll-Off Dumpster Rental – 10, 20, 30, and 40-yard temporary rentals for residential, commercial, and construction projects
- Front-Load Dumpster Service – 4, 6, 8, and 10-yard recurring service for businesses, apartment complexes, and high-volume sites
- Trash Compactor Service – commercial compactor placement and pickup for high-volume locations
Roll-Off Dumpster Rental – Terms
Rental Period
Standard rental periods are agreed at the time of booking. If you need the bin longer than the standard period, contact our office to extend – extended rental fees apply.
Placement & Site Access
You’re responsible for selecting a safe, accessible drop location. The site must be:
- Reasonably level and able to support a loaded dumpster
- Free of overhead obstructions (low branches, power lines, awnings)
- Accessible by a roll-off truck without crossing private property without permission
If our driver arrives and the site is inaccessible or unsafe, a trip charge / dry-run fee may apply. We’re not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, sprinklers, sidewalks, or other surfaces caused by placing or removing the dumpster – this is inherent in placing heavy equipment. By scheduling delivery, you accept this risk.
Permits
If your municipality requires a right-of-way permit (placement on a street or sidewalk), obtaining the permit is your responsibility, not ours. We will place the bin where you direct us.
Weight Limits & Overage Fees
Each dumpster size has a included weight allowance. Loads exceeding the allowance incur per-ton overage fees billed at landfill rates plus our handling charge. Overage fees are disclosed on the rental agreement at booking.
Loading Rules
- Do not load past the top rim of the bin – DOT regulations prohibit hauling overloaded containers and we cannot pick up an over-filled bin until it’s leveled.
- Load weight evenly to prevent shifting during transport.
- Heavy materials (concrete, dirt, brick, asphalt) typically require a smaller bin (10-yard) due to weight, not volume. Confirm with our office before loading.
Prohibited Items
The following items are NEVER allowed in our dumpsters:
- Hazardous waste, asbestos, biohazards
- Tires, batteries, propane tanks
- Refrigerators or appliances containing freon (unless freon has been certified-removed)
- Wet paint, solvents, motor oil, fuels, pesticides, herbicides
- Medical waste, electronics / e-waste, animal carcasses
Discovery of prohibited items: If prohibited items are found in a load at the landfill, the customer is responsible for the surcharge and any handling fee billed to us. The fee will be added to your final invoice.
Front-Load Service – Terms
Front-load service is recurring scheduled pickup for commercial customers (restaurants, apartment complexes, retail, offices). Service is governed by a separate Service Agreement signed at the start of service.
- Schedule: Pickup days and frequency are set in your Service Agreement. Schedule changes require advance notice.
- Access: The bin location must be clear and accessible on pickup day. If our truck can’t reach the bin, a missed-pickup fee may apply.
- Overloading: Same rule as roll-offs – do not load past the rim. Overloaded bins will not be serviced until leveled.
- Prohibited items: Same list as Section 03. Do not place hazardous, restricted, or e-waste materials in front-load containers.
- Term & cancellation: Service term, billing cycle, and cancellation notice requirements are spelled out in the Service Agreement.
Trash Compactor Service – Terms
Compactor service is for high-volume commercial sites and is contracted on a case-by-case basis. Customer is responsible for proper operation of the compactor unit, electrical hookup if applicable, and routine cleaning around the unit. Maintenance and pickup schedule are set in the customer-specific service agreement.
Pricing & Payment
Quotes are provided over the phone, through our online booking system, or by email. Quoted prices include delivery, pickup, disposal, and the included weight allowance for the bin size selected. They do not include:
- Overage fees for exceeding the weight allowance
- Surcharges for prohibited items found in the load
- Trip charges if the site is inaccessible on delivery or pickup
- Extended rental fees for keeping the bin past the standard period
- Permits, if required by your municipality
Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept major credit cards and ACH for commercial accounts. Returned payments incur a fee. Past-due balances may be referred to collections.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a roll-off booking at no charge if you notify our office at least 24 hours before the scheduled drop. Cancellations within 24 hours, or after a truck has already been dispatched, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Front-load service cancellations are governed by the customer’s Service Agreement.
Liability & Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Envirowaste harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use, loading, or contents of the dumpster
- Damage to your property or the property of others caused by placement or removal of the dumpster
- Failure to obtain required permits
- Loading prohibited items into the bin
- Injury or damage caused while the bin is in your possession
While the dumpster is on your property, you are responsible for it – that includes preventing unauthorized dumping, keeping it from blocking traffic or fire access, and securing it against theft or vandalism.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Envirowaste’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a service, rental, or use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages – including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or property damage that occurs as an indirect result of our services – even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We’ll do our best to communicate delays and reschedule promptly.
Severability & Changes
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by notifying active customers. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
