How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. Period.
We share information only with:
- Service providers we use to run the business – payment processors, booking software (SoftPak), email and SMS providers, accounting software, dispatch tools. These providers have access only to the information they need to do their job and are obligated to keep it confidential.
- Law enforcement or government agencies when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights, property, or safety (or yours).
- A successor business in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets – in which case the same privacy obligations carry over.
- Our sister brand DisposAll when a job needs combined fleet capacity. DisposAll operates under the same ownership and follows the same data handling practices.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small set of trusted third parties to operate the site and the business:
- Google Analytics & Google Maps – site usage analytics and embedded service-area maps
- SoftPak – online dumpster booking and dispatch software
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) – CRM and lead-routing for contact form submissions
- Payment processor – for handling card transactions on rentals
- Email / SMS providers – for booking confirmations and customer service
Each of these companies has its own privacy policy. When you submit information through our site, that information is transmitted to and processed by these providers as needed to deliver the service.
Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for two main purposes:
- Essential cookies – required for the site and booking flow to work properly
- Analytics cookies – help us understand which pages get visited, where visitors come from, and where we can improve
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may break parts of the booking flow. Disabling analytics cookies has no effect on your ability to use the site.
We honor “Do Not Track” browser signals where technically possible.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information – SSL/TLS encryption on the website, secure payment processing, restricted internal access, and reasonable safeguards on the systems that store customer data.
That said, no system is 100% secure. We can’t guarantee absolute security against every possible threat. If a breach affecting your information ever occurs, we will notify you in accordance with applicable Florida law (see Section 10 below).
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as we need it to:
- Provide the services you requested
- Maintain accurate business records
- Comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements
- Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Booking and billing records are typically retained for at least seven years per standard business and tax practice.
Your Rights
Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we have about you
- Correct information that’s inaccurate or out of date
- Request deletion of your information (subject to legal record-keeping obligations)
- Opt out of marketing emails or texts at any time – reply STOP to any text or click “unsubscribe” in any email
- Withdraw consent for any processing that’s based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We’ll respond within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days.
Florida Residents – Specific Rights
Florida law – specifically the Florida Information Protection Act of 2014 (FIPA) – requires us to notify Florida residents of certain types of data breaches involving their personal information.
If we discover a security breach that compromises your unencrypted personal information, we will notify you within 30 days as required by Florida Statute § 501.171, unless law enforcement asks us to delay notification for an active investigation.
Note for residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (California, Virginia, Colorado, etc.): If you live outside Florida and your state grants you additional privacy rights – including the right to know what we’ve collected, the right to delete, the right to opt out of “sale” of personal information, or the right to non-discrimination – those rights apply, and you can exercise them by contacting us through any method in Section 13. We do not sell personal information.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information, contact us at the email below and we’ll delete it promptly.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our business or legal requirements change. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top.
Significant changes will be communicated by posting a notice on the homepage or, where appropriate, by email to active customers.
